| Applications The CO2 filling station is suitable to fill CO2 bottles from a CO2 liquid storage tank. A by-pass valve between liquid and gas line ensures the safe operation of the pump. The CO2 filling station is provided with electronic balance to measure the CO2 amount transferred into the cylinder. General description  The unit is an automatically operated CO2 filling station composed by a cryogenic pump skid, a filling control group column, an electric control panel and one or two electronic balances for weighing the transferred product. The pump skid is mounted on a stainless steel support and composed by a reciprocating cryogenic pump, a vibration dumper and a distributionfilling block. The distribution-filling block is composed by the following components: - Safety valve for suction pump line - Safety valve for tank return line - Automatic by-pass ball valve and over pressure valve - Pressure indicator transmitter - Manual drain valve - Pressure gauge - Automatic filling ball valve - Safety valve for delivery pump line - Non-return valve - Teflon/Stainless steel cylinder coupling-hose - Manual ball valve for coupling-hose bleeding - Knurled connection to cylinder valve - Safety cable for flexible coupling-hoses 
The electric control panel is placed closed to the filling control group column (and to the electronic balance) for easy operations; a safety switch for the motor pump is placed on the pump skid. |
