General Description

The Carbon Dioxide purity for beverage and food uses, must be compliant to FOOD and ISBT specifications. Carbon dioxide production need to be continously checked for the determination of total purity and for a lot of single compounds, like sulphur compounds, hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alogenated hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and permanent gases.
The TPI-Pentatech analyser estabilishing the best design with minimum cost for comply the CO2 specifications.
The TPI-Pentatech system could be combined with multiple sampling system.

Automating Loading

Loading and unloading truck system under CO2 quality control
The system provides to:
• Drive plant pneumatic system to fill liquid CO2 in mobile tanks
• Analyse residuals (with CO2 analisys system)
• Analyse product filled (with CO2 analisys system)
• Print shipping documents

Truck driver follows simple instructions to connect mobile tank to plant storage.
The system atomatically transfill the product, and acquire quantities from scales and or from liquid meters.

Engineering

For CO2 gascromatographic analysis system
The system is a Shimadzu engineered GC, PC drived. FPD and TCD detector signals are amplified with a patent Pentatech’s amplifier, to improve to ppb level the sensibility of sulphur compounds and to low ppm level for permanent gases.

The system is frendly, with simple interface, alarms could be shown on the screen by colouring component box

Sampling and auxiliary gas control

The system provides to:

• check sample and auxiliary gas pressure
• Launch alarms for pressure failures
• Switch samples to the GC system
