NATURAL GAS DEMISTERS & DRYERS

Generality:

Natural gas (CNG) distributed in the piping lines contains water vapours.
An important requirement of compressed natural gas fuel is a low water dew-point. If water dew-point at delivery conditions exceeds the lowest ambient temperature a gas dryer shall be installed.
The selection of the dryer is in part determined by Client requirements and operating conditions.
To achieve very low water dew-point for a wide range of operating pressures it’s recommended to use a TPI heat regenerated natural gas dryer.
This type of dryer performs the adsorbing bed regeneration without gas consumption.
The regeneration gas (5% of the inlet flow) is withdrawn from storage at high pressure and then recovered in the drying circuit.
TPI dryers are fully pre-assembled and equipped with all necessary items for control and monitoring.
Each unit can be customized to Client requirements (according to Client specifications and environmental conditions).
