Objective: To make a contribution of solidarity to the Huayacan mission in the suburbs of the city of Lima.
Organisation: Gruppo Alpinistico Redorta of Villa di Serio (BG) and Gruppo Alpinistico Presolana of Scanzorosciate (BG). With the collaboration of the fathers Monfortani of Bergamo, the municipality of Villa di Serio and the Province of Bergamo.
Coordinators: Padre Taddeo Pasini, who comes from Albino and is the parish priest of Huaycan, and Giuseppe Vigani of Villa di Serio.
Team: 17 members, who donated a month of their time, work and collaboration to the people of the area, with the nett result of constructing several buildings which the Huaycan people did not previously possess.
Parallel initiative: a visit to the most significant archaeological sites in Peru.
